CHINA STARCH Sets 19 Aug 2026 Board Meeting to Review 1H26 Results and Potential Interim Dividend

CHINA STARCH announced that its Board of Directors will convene on 19 August 2026 to approve the publication of the Group’s interim results for the six months ended 30 June 2026 and to deliberate on the declaration of an interim dividend, if any.

The notice, dated 7 August 2026 and signed by Chairman Tian Qixiang, confirms that the session will address only the interim‐period financial performance and related shareholder returns. No additional agenda items were disclosed.

As at the date of the announcement, CHINA STARCH’s Board comprises four executive directors—Chairman Tian Qixiang, Chief Executive Officer Gao Shijun, Yu Yingquan and Liu Xianggang—alongside three independent non-executive directors: Professor Hua Qiang, Professor Gao Qunyu and Ms. Sze Tak On.

The forthcoming release of the half-year results and any dividend decision will provide investors with updated insight into the company’s operational and financial trajectory for 2026.
