CHK Oil Announces Online Release of 2025 Annual Report, AGM Materials and Proxy Form

CHK Oil Limited confirmed that four key shareholder documents—the 2025 Annual Report, the circular dated 23 April 2026, the Notice of Annual General Meeting and the accompanying Proxy Form—are now available in both English and Chinese on the company’s website under the “Investor Relations” section.

Shareholders who prefer hard-copy versions can obtain them free of charge by completing and returning the request form to the Hong Kong branch share registrar, Tricor Investor Services Limited, at 17/F, Far East Finance Centre, 16 Harcourt Road, Hong Kong. A postage-paid mailing label is provided for local requests.

The notification also reminds investors that they may amend their future communication preferences—choosing between printed copies or web-based access, and selecting language options—at any time without cost by submitting Part B of the same request form.

For enquiries, shareholders can contact Tricor’s customer service hotline on +852 2980 1333 between 9:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m., Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays).
