Shanghai Longcheer Technology Co., Ltd. (LONGCHEER) filed a Next Day Disclosure Return on 27 July 2026 detailing the latest movement in its share capital.

On 27 July 2026, the company bought back 0.46 million A shares on the Shanghai Stock Exchange for inclusion in its treasury stock under its stock incentive and/or ownership scheme. The shares were repurchased at prices ranging from RMB 35.80 to RMB 36.67, with a volume-weighted average cost of RMB 36.57 per share, bringing total consideration to approximately RMB 16.84 million.

Following the transaction, the number of issued shares (excluding treasury shares) declined by 0.10% from 467.28 million to 466.82 million. Treasury shares increased from 3.05 million to 3.51 million, while the company’s total issued share count remained unchanged at 470.33 million. All 0.46 million repurchased shares are being held as treasury shares; no cancellations have been executed.

The board confirmed that the repurchase was duly authorised and carried out in accordance with the applicable rules of the Shanghai Stock Exchange and the Hong Kong Stock Exchange’s Main Board regulations, with all funds received and statutory filings completed.
