Latest data from the Hong Kong Stock Exchange shows that on December 10, a shareholder of NOVOSENSE (02676) transferred shares from UBS Securities Hong Kong Limited to Citibank, with a transfer value of HK$182 million, accounting for 8.40% of the company's shares.
On the same day, NOVOSENSE announced that it repurchased 201,500 A-shares for RMB 30.6705 million on December 10, 2025, at a price range of RMB 148.9 to 153.5 per share.
