HK&S HOTELS Releases 2026 Interim Report and Switches to Electronic Corporate Communications

Bulletin Express08-18

On 19 August 2026, HK&S HOTELS (The Hongkong and Shanghai Hotels, Limited) announced that its 2026 Interim Report, in both English and Chinese, is now accessible online through the company website (www.hshgroup.com) and the HKEX website (www.hkexnews.hk).

Key points:

• Report availability: Shareholders can locate the full interim report in the “Investors” section of the corporate site or via HKEX’s disclosure platform. • Printed copies: New registered shareholders have received hard-copy reports with this notice. Any shareholder who experiences difficulty accessing the digital version may request a free printed copy by emailing hsh.ecom@computershare.com.hk or writing to Computershare Hong Kong Investor Services Limited, 17M/F, Hopewell Centre, 183 Queen’s Road East, Wan Chai, Hong Kong. • Transition to paperless communications: In line with HKEX’s expanded paperless listing rules, HK&S HOTELS has adopted electronic dissemination for all future corporate communications, including annual and interim reports, meeting notices, circulars and proxy forms. • Email registration: Shareholders are encouraged to supply a functional email address—either by scanning the personalised QR code on the enclosed reply form or returning the form by email or post—to receive electronic alerts when new documents are published. • Default arrangement: Without a valid email on file, shareholders must proactively check the company and HKEX websites for updates. Actionable corporate communications will continue to be issued in printed form. • Opt-out option: Shareholders preferring printed materials can request them via the above email or reply form. Such requests remain valid for one year unless revoked or superseded. • Enquiry channel: For further information, shareholders may contact the company hotline on (852) 2840 7788 between 9:00 a.m. and 5:30 p.m., Monday to Friday, excluding Hong Kong public holidays.

The company secretary, Till Lembke, signed the shareholder notice on behalf of the Board. These steps mark HK&S HOTELS’ shift toward fully digital shareholder communication while preserving access options for those who require printed documents.
