OSL Group appoints Ko Sebastian Yat Fung as Company Secretary and Authorised Representative

OSL Group Limited has announced that Ko Sebastian Yat Fung will assume the roles of Company Secretary, authorised representative under Rule 3.05 of the Listing Rules, and authorised representative for service of process in Hong Kong, effective 24 July 2026.

Ko joined the Group in April 2026 to head its international legal team and brings more than 15 years of legal experience. He is admitted as a solicitor in Hong Kong, an attorney in the State of New York, and at the Supreme Court of the United States. His academic credentials include a Bachelor of Science and Laws from Monash University, a Postgraduate Certificate in Laws from the University of Hong Kong, and a Bachelor of Civil Law from the University of Oxford.

Ko succeeds Kuo Yuen Fan, who is stepping down from the same positions. The Board expressed appreciation for Kuo’s contributions and extended a formal welcome to Ko in his new capacities.

As of the announcement date (24 July 2026), OSL Group’s Board comprises four executive directors—Cui Song (also Chief Executive Officer), Tiu Ka Chun Gary, Xu Kang and Yang Chao—one non-executive director, Lee Kam Hung Lawrence, and three independent non-executive directors, Chau Shing Yim David, Ko Kit Man Liza and Zhao Yichen William.
