The brewer confirms that both English and Chinese versions of these materials will be accessible on the company’s website (www.tsingtao.com.cn) and the HKEXnews platform (www.hkexnews.hk), replacing printed mailings.
The company notes that certain registered shareholders have not yet provided functional email addresses. To ensure timely delivery of actionable corporate communications, shareholders are encouraged to submit an email address by scanning the personalized QR code on the enclosed reply form or by returning the signed form to Computershare Hong Kong Investor Services Limited, the H-share registrar, at 17M Floor, Hopewell Centre, 183 Queen’s Road East, Wan Chai, Hong Kong.

• If no valid email address is supplied, actionable corporate communications will continue to be dispatched in print until an address is registered. • Shareholders preferring hard-copy materials must mark the appropriate option on the reply form or email tsingtaobrewery.ecom@computershare.com.hk with their name, address and request.
