Under the terms of the agreement, the company will acquire, and Pengxia Robotics will sell, a property for a total consideration of RMB 85,106,600.
The property is located at Building 1, Floors 7-13, Pengxia Robotics Smart Manufacturing Park, No. 09 Keyun 7th Road, Huicheng, Xinhui District, Jiangmen City, Guangdong Province. It has a total gross floor area of 24,316.18 square meters. The land use rights area is 62,960 square meters, and the land is designated for industrial use.
The company's existing production capacity is expected to reach full utilization by the end of the year. As outlined in the "Future Plans and Use of Proceeds" section of the prospectus, the group plans to further expand its production base and enhance its capacity to meet the growing production demands of its ongoing business operations. Specifically, the group intends to construct a new production base.
However, compared to the traditional cycle of acquiring land and building a factory, acquiring this property, which includes factory buildings, will allow the group to achieve rapid production startup and seamless capacity integration. This move will further help the company solidify the foundation of its smart manufacturing business and accelerate its scale of development.
