LEGENDARY EDU (08195) announced that on January 14, 2026, the company entered into a memorandum of understanding with The Hang Seng University of Hong Kong's Knowledge Exchange Institute and Parenting Headlines Limited (collectively referred to as the "Contracting Parties") concerning a potential collaboration on an executive continuing education course titled the "Entrepreneurship CEO Certificate Program."
The Contracting Parties agreed that the net proceeds from the course fees will be donated in full to support the charitable projects "Big Grain MAC Classroom" and "The Life of Language." These initiatives are spearheaded by Jing Yuan Charity Foundation Limited and are co-organized with Parenting Headlines, which will be responsible for coordinating the relevant beneficiary organizations.
The program is an executive continuing education course centered on the management philosophy of Dr. Cheng Yu-tung, primarily covering virtue ethics, organizational culture, and corporate social responsibility.
The company has the right to incorporate content related to investment and international trends into the course modules under this program.
Mr. Lui Yu-kin, who currently serves as the chief lecturer for the group's financial intelligence and investment education courses and is a major shareholder, is expected to join the teaching team as a core member of the program.
The Board of Directors believes that the collaborative efforts of the Contracting Parties will enhance the group's market coverage, brand awareness, and positioning within the education sector, thereby driving sustainable growth for the group's business and creating long-term value for shareholders.
