E&P GLOBAL issues EGM circular on proposed debt-capitalisation share issue; details released online

E&P Global Holdings Limited on 31 July 2026 released its Extraordinary General Meeting (EGM) circular covering two key matters:

1. Issue of new shares under a specific mandate for debt capitalisation. 2. Formal notice of the forthcoming EGM together with the proxy form.

Both the English and Chinese versions of the circular and related documents are now available on the company’s website (https://enp.aconnect.com.hk/) and on the HKEX website (www.hkexnews.hk). Non-registered shareholders who cannot access the electronic versions may request free printed copies by submitting the enclosed request form to Tricor Investor Services Limited, the company’s Hong Kong branch share registrar, or by emailing 1142-ecom@vistra.com. Pre-paid mailing labels are provided for local postal returns.

Shareholders holding E&P GLOBAL shares through banks, brokers, custodians, nominees or HKSCC Nominees Ltd. (“Intermediaries”) will receive email or postal notifications of future corporate communications only if their functional email or postal addresses are supplied via those intermediaries. Address details not provided through CCASS will result in no direct notifications from the company.

Preference instructions submitted on the request form will apply to all future corporate communications until written notice is given to the branch share registrar or until 31 December 2027, whichever is earlier.
