Citic Heavy Industries Co.,Ltd. has reported that its board of directors recently received a resignation letter from Mr. Zhang Zhiyong, a company director and the General Manager.

Mr. Zhang has submitted his resignation from the positions of company director, member of the Board's Strategy and Sustainable Development Committee, and General Manager due to a work transfer.

His departure from the board will not result in the number of directors falling below the statutory minimum requirement.

Following his resignation from these roles, Mr. Zhang will no longer hold any position within the company.
