DTXS SILK ROAD (00620) has announced that the group expects to record a loss of approximately HK$81.8 million for the fiscal year ending December 31, 2025. This compares to a loss of about HK$33.1 million for the year ended December 31, 2024. The increase in loss is primarily attributed to an impairment of approximately HK$56.3 million on properties under development and completed properties held for sale.
