Sino Harbour: Chairman Wong Lam Ping Acquires 10.10 Million Shares at HK$0.049 Each

Sino Harbour Holdings Group Limited disclosed that Chairman, Chief Executive Officer and Executive Director, Mr. Wong Lam Ping, enlarged his stake in the company through an on-market purchase on 20 August 2026.

Mr. Wong bought a total of 10.10 million ordinary shares at an average price of HK$0.049 per share, with the highest transacted price matching the average. The transaction represents an outlay of approximately HK$0.49 million.

Following the acquisition, Mr. Wong—who is also the husband of substantial shareholder Ms. Chan Heung Ling and father of executive director and substantial shareholder Mr. Wong Lui—has increased his direct shareholding in Sino Harbour.

The board reiterated that shareholders and potential investors should exercise caution when dealing in the company’s securities.

As of the announcement date, the board consists of eight directors: four executive directors (Mr. Wong Lam Ping, Mr. Shi Feng, Mr. Wong Lui and Ms. Gao Lan), one non-executive director (Mr. Chan Kin Sang) and three independent non-executive directors (Mr. Xie Gang, Mr. He Dingding and Mr. Wong Ping Kuen). The voluntary announcement was released in Hong Kong on 21 August 2026.
