China Longyuan Power Reports Unchanged 8.36 Billion Share Capital in July 2026 Monthly Return

China Longyuan Power Group Corporation Limited filed its Monthly Return for the period ended 31 July 2026, confirming that both authorised and issued share capital remained unchanged throughout the month.

The group’s authorised/registered capital stands at 8.36 billion shares, divided into 3.32 billion H shares and 5.04 billion A shares, each with a par value of RMB 1.00.

Issued shares mirror the authorised structure, with 3.32 billion H shares and 5.04 billion A shares outstanding. The company held zero treasury shares as of month-end, and no increase or decrease in share count occurred during July.

China Longyuan Power affirmed compliance with the Hong Kong Stock Exchange’s public-float requirement for its H-share class, which mandates at least 5% of the issued H-share class to be held by the public.

The filing also recorded no activity under share option schemes, warrants, convertibles, or other equity arrangements, indicating no dilution events or share repurchases during the reporting period.
