According to the latest data from the Hong Kong Stock Exchange, on January 30th, JPMorgan increased its holding in SINOPHARM (01099) by 1,304,617 shares. The transaction was executed at a price of HK$20.8553 per share, amounting to a total investment of approximately HK$27.2082 million.
Following this acquisition, the financial institution's total shareholding has risen to about 67.387 million shares, representing a 5.02% stake in the company.
