SHEIN is stepping up efforts to deepen the coordination between cross-border e-commerce and new foreign trade infrastructure such as overseas warehouses, reinforcing a more agile global fulfillment network.
Recently, as its expanded, state-of-the-art European logistics hub marked its first anniversary of operation, SHEIN announced it will launch a large-scale recruitment drive for thousands of new positions in the area.
The operation of SHEIN's Large-scale Automated Test-and-Respond (LATR) model is inseparable from its agile global fulfillment network.
Domestically, SHEIN has built a green, smart supply chain warehousing and logistics infrastructure network covering production, distribution, and services in Guangzhou, Zhaoqing, Foshan, Jiangmen, and other locations.
"As our demand forecasting capabilities improve, we can move more inventory closer to consumers with greater confidence, achieving faster, more reliable delivery and a better customer experience," the company said.
To serve local markets at close range, SHEIN is also continuing to build warehouses around the world. As of June 30, 2026, with its core central logistics hub in China at the center, SHEIN has approximately 6 million square meters of warehouse space across Asia, North America, Europe, the Middle East, and South America.
Recently released interim corporate results show that in the first half of this year, a key priority on the fulfillment side for SHEIN was increasing local inventory coverage in Europe and deploying robotic picking and automated sorting in warehouses to improve unit labor efficiency and throughput capacity. As order density rises, these investments are expected to enhance customer conversion rates and gradually offset additional costs.
According to the company, in 2026 alone, SHEIN has already added more than 3,000 jobs at this European logistics hub. As the company continues to expand the hub's operational capacity, SHEIN plans to add several thousand more positions in the coming months.
The recruitment will focus mainly on areas such as logistics, supply chain, and warehouse operations, with key positions including logistics operations, customs clearance, project management, trucking, data and cost analysis, and procurement. In addition, warehouse operations will recruit for roles in warehouse management, inventory control and quality assurance (ICQA), environmental health and safety (EHS), loss prevention, automated equipment maintenance, and process optimization.
The SHEIN European logistics hub is one of Europe's most technologically advanced e-commerce logistics facilities, equipped with cutting-edge robotic picking systems and automated sorting lines that enable fast and efficient cargo handling. Over the past year, the hub has played an increasingly important role in providing faster and more efficient delivery services to consumers across Europe.
