HK TECH VENTURE Reports 10% Annual Rise in June E-commerce GMV to HK$718 Million

Deep News07-13

HK TECH VENTURE (ASX: 01137) has announced its operational results. Entering the second full month of its "Annual Discount Event," the company continued to offer weekend discounts of 15% on products including supermarket items, personal care goods, pet food, and baby formula and diapers throughout June 2026.

Compared to the first full month after the campaign's launch in May 2026, the performance of its Hong Kong e-commerce segment showed some moderation. However, its market share continued to expand on an annual basis.

During the month under review, local competitors maintained promotional activities, while mainland e-commerce platforms employed aggressive pricing strategies leveraging their domestic supply chain advantages. This has led to increasingly intense competition in the Hong Kong retail market.

Despite these challenges, the company's Hong Kong e-commerce business achieved solid year-on-year growth. This demonstrates the resilience of its competitive pricing strategy, its integrated online-to-offline e-commerce infrastructure, and its delivery capabilities, which can be as fast as eight hours. This performance supports the company's continued progress along its established growth trajectory.

Key Operational Data for June 2026

1. Monthly Gross Merchandise Value (GMV) reached HK$718 million, representing a year-on-year increase of 10.0%. This reflects the ongoing expansion of its market share.

2. The number of unique customers was 650,000, marking a year-on-year rise of 8.2%. This indicates sustained growth in the customer base.
