Unity Enterprise Publishes 2026 Interim Report and Implements Full E-Communication Regime

Bulletin Express09-21 21:24

Unity Enterprise Holdings Limited released its 2026 Interim Report on 22 September 2026. The English and Chinese versions are now accessible on both the HKEXnews website and the company’s portal (www.hongdau.com.hk).

In parallel, the board confirmed the transition to an electronic dissemination model for all future corporate communications, in line with Hong Kong Stock Exchange Listing Rule 2.07 and the company’s Articles of Association. Printed copies will no longer be distributed by default.

Key points:

• Electronic access: All forthcoming corporate communications—including annual and interim reports, circulars, notices of meetings and proxy forms—will be provided exclusively via the company’s and HKEX’s websites.

• Shareholder action: Registered shareholders are urged to supply a valid email address by scanning the personalised QR code on the accompanying reply form or by returning the form to Computershare Hong Kong Investor Services Limited. Supplying an email address enables direct notification of new document releases.

• Default position without email: Investors who do not register an email address must monitor the company and HKEX websites proactively; only “actionable corporate communications” will be mailed in hard copy.

• Optional hard copies: Shareholders preferring printed materials for all future communications can submit a written request or indicate this preference on the reply form. The instruction remains effective for one year unless revoked or updated.

Shareholders with queries can contact the company at +852 2529 0928 during Hong Kong business hours.
