Citi lifts Wynn Macau price target to HKD 7, profit forecast raised on stronger Q2 results

Stock News08-05

Analysts at Citi have issued a research note indicating that Wynn Macau (01128) reported better-than-expected second-quarter results, with adjusted property EBITDA rising 17% year-on-year to USD 297 million. This figure surpassed the firm's forecast of USD 270 million and the market consensus of USD 280 million.

Management has stated its view that dividends serve as the foundation of its capital return policy. Citi noted that assuming the dividend per share for fiscal 2026 remains at the same annualized level as the second half of 2025, Wynn Macau's expected dividend yield would still be among the highest in the industry at approximately 7.9%.

Considering the outperformance in the second quarter, Citi has raised its earnings forecasts for Wynn Macau for the 2026 to 2028 period by 4% to 15%. The price target has been increased from HKD 6.8 to HKD 7, while the "Buy" rating has been maintained.
