The firm maintained its price target of $41 on Virgin Galactic’s stock, implying downside of 12.8% to Tuesday’s closing price of $47.02.\nVirgin Galactic shares fell 3% in premarket trading Wednesday following the Bank of America call.\nEpstein’s call comes less than a week after the Federal Aviation Administration gave Virgin Galactic the license it needs to fly passengers on future spaceflights, sending the company’s shares 39% higher on Friday.\n“The development of space technology carries significant risk and the market tends to respond more volatilely to development-related news,” Epstein said.\nShares of Virgin Galactic are down 15.9% this week after Friday’s surge, but the stock price has nearly doubled in
