Convertible instruments • The bank’s RMB 60.00 billion non-cumulative domestic preference shares remain outstanding and are compulsorily convertible upon specified trigger events at a conversion price of RMB 5.19 per A-share. Full conversion would add up to approximately 11.56 billion new A-shares; no conversions were executed during the month.
