The meeting will review and approve the unaudited condensed consolidated interim results for the six months ended 30 September 2025.
According to the announcement, the Board will also consider the payment of an interim dividend, if applicable. The company’s executive and independent non-executive directors will be involved in discussing this and other relevant matters during the meeting.
