Budayuan Town has attached great importance to the big data collection of rural collective "three assets" (funds, assets, and resources), which can accurately establish a clear baseline of village-level collective resource assets, realize digitalized, transparent, and standardized management of collective assets, effectively plug management loopholes, revitalize collective resources, and safeguard the collective rights and interests of the people. To this end, the town has made meticulous arrangements, mobilized all personnel, and concentrated efforts to promote the high-quality completion of the town's "three assets" big data collection work.
The town Party committee and government exercised unified scheduling, organizing all agency cadres to go down to the front lines of each village to fully assist village-level data collection work. At the work sites, the division of labor was clear and efficient and orderly. Front-line cadres went deep into fields and mountain plots to conduct on-site plot verification, on-site photo evidence collection, and boundary information verification, ensuring that the information for every resource plot is authentic, accurate, and verifiable. Back-office staff stayed at their posts, precisely carrying out information sorting, data verification, system entry, and document uploading, strictly controlling the data quality threshold.
This "three assets" big data collection work covers all 11 administrative villages in the town, with a total of 8,805 resource plots requiring collection and entry across the entire area. As of now, the town has achieved 100% full coverage and clearance in cumulative resource plot collection, and has fully completed the entire process of collection, verification, entry, and uploading of all plots, setting a benchmark and laying a solid foundation for the county's "three assets" big data collection work.
