A man in Xi'an, Shaanxi province, was subjected to persistent harassment from a female HR representative while seeking employment, receiving messages that included terms of endearment like "baby" and curses when he declined to connect on WeChat.
The man stated that he initially clicked on the message sent by this HR professional, but after deciding the job was unsuitable, he chose not to respond. The HR representative then began sending frequent follow-up messages, repeatedly requesting to connect on WeChat.
After the man refused the request, the HR continued to send messages containing curses. The content of these messages referred to him as "baby" and included remarks such as, "Can't you receive messages in jail?"
In response to the incident, the customer service department of the recruitment platform stated that users encountering such situations can directly report the behavior and wait for the platform's review.
