MOMENTA-W Introduces E-Delivery Policy for All Future Corporate Communications

Bulletin Express09-07 12:21

On 7 September 2026, MOMENTA-W (formally Momenta Global Limited) announced the full transition to electronic dissemination of corporate communications in alignment with the amended Hong Kong Stock Exchange Listing Rules effective since 31 December 2023.

The company confirmed that English and Chinese versions of all forthcoming corporate documents—including annual and interim reports, notices of meeting, circulars and proxy forms—will be accessible on its corporate website (www.momenta.cn) and on HKEXnews (www.hkexnews.hk).

Printed copies will no longer be distributed to non-registered shareholders by default. Stakeholders who wish to continue receiving hard-copy materials must submit a completed request form to the Hong Kong branch share registrar, Tricor Investor Services Limited, or send an email to 6880-ecom@vistra.com. Each request remains valid until revoked, superseded, or until the final day of the company’s next financial year, whichever occurs first.

MOMENTA-W will not issue separate notifications when new documents are uploaded online. Shareholders are therefore encouraged to monitor both websites proactively to stay informed.

Inquiries regarding the new arrangement can be directed to Tricor’s hotline on +852 2980 1333 during weekday business hours or via email at 6880-ecom@vistra.com.

The initiative is signed by Chairperson, Executive Director and Chief Executive Officer Cao Xudong on behalf of the Board, underscoring MOMENTA-W’s commitment to greater digital efficiency and environmental responsibility.
