ENVISION GREEN (01783) saw its shares climb more than 7% in early trading, rising 6.41% to HK$5.475 as of the time of writing, with a turnover of HK$29.9545 million.

On the news front, ENVISION GREEN recently announced that on August 6, 2026 (after the trading session), the buyer—its indirect wholly-owned subsidiary in China, Shanghai Yovufu Cloud Computing Co., Ltd.—entered into a server purchase agreement with the seller, Shanghai Shunxuan Technology Co., Ltd. Under the agreement, the buyer agreed to acquire high-performance servers to support the group's cloud computing and intelligent computing service capabilities, at a total consideration of RMB 1.2884 billion (including tax).

As previously disclosed, ENVISION GREEN plans to acquire target equity from the seller Yovole Cayman—specifically, all issued share capital of the target company YV CLOUD Limited and its operating company Shanghai Yovufu Cloud Computing Co., Ltd.—for a maximum consideration not exceeding HK$2.5 billion. The acquisition of the target group, which primarily provides cloud computing capacity services, marks a strategic expansion of the group's business into the intelligent computing sector.
