On September 8, ZJ INNOLIGHT (03308.HK) disclosed that its specific shareholder, Suzhou Yixingfu Enterprise Management Center (Limited Partnership), referred to as Yixingfu, recently executed new share pledges and a release of pledged shares, while the controlling shareholder, Shandong Zhongji Investment Holding Co., Ltd., referred to as Zhongji Holding, completed a release of pledged shares.
