SPT Energy Maintains Stable Share Base in June 2026; No New Issues, Public Float Remains Compliant

SPT Energy Group Inc. (SPT Energy) reported no changes to its share capital structure for the month ended 30 June 2026, according to its latest monthly return filed with Hong Kong Exchanges and Clearing Limited on 7 July 2026.

The company’s authorised share capital stayed at 5.00 billion ordinary shares with a par value of USD 0.0001 each, equivalent to total authorised capital of USD 0.50 million. Issued share capital was unchanged at 1.95 billion ordinary shares, and SPT Energy held no treasury shares at month-end.

SPT Energy confirmed compliance with the Main Board’s minimum public-float requirement of 25% of issued shares, indicating adequate market liquidity for its stock.

Two share option schemes remain in place: • 2011 Scheme: 193.97 million options outstanding, unchanged during the month. • 2021 Scheme: 184.93 million options outstanding, also unchanged. A residual capacity of 77,599 shares remains available for future grants under this plan.

No share options were exercised, no treasury shares were cancelled or transferred, and no warrants, convertible securities, or other equity-linked instruments were issued or outstanding. Consequently, the company raised no funds from equity exercises in June.

The filing, signed by Chairman Ethan Wu, affirms that all regulatory and listing requirements continue to be met, and that there were no other share movements or Hong Kong Depositary Receipt activities during the reporting period.
