Kerry PPT releases 2025 Annual Report, AGM Circular and Sustainability Report online

On 28 April 2026, Kerry Properties Limited (Kerry PPT) announced the official publication of three key corporate documents:

1. Annual Report 2025 2. AGM Circular dated 28 April 2026 3. Sustainability Report 2025

Both the English and Chinese versions of the Annual Report and AGM Circular are now accessible on the company’s website (www.kerryprops.com) and on HKEx’s website (www.hkexnews.hk). The Sustainability Report 2025 has been released exclusively in electronic form on the same platforms.

Shareholder communication highlights:

• Non-registered shareholders will receive an email or postal notice of the online publication only if their functional contact details have been provided to Kerry PPT by their intermediaries (banks, brokers, custodians, nominees or HKSCC Nominees Limited).

• Shareholders unable to access the online documents may request free printed copies by submitting the prescribed request form to Tricor Investor Services Limited, the company’s Hong Kong branch share registrar, via post or email (683-ecom@vistra.com).

• Enquiries can be directed to Tricor’s hotline at +852 2980 1333 during business hours (Monday–Friday, 9:00 a.m.–6:00 p.m., Hong Kong time, excluding public holidays).

This notice fulfills Listing Rules requirements on timely dissemination of corporate communications and outlines the procedure for shareholders to obtain physical documentation when needed.
