GF Securities Announces Online Release of 2026 Interim Report and Streamlined Shareholder Communication Options

Bulletin Express09-17

GF Securities has released its 2026 Interim Report, now available in both English and Chinese on the company’s website (www.gf.com.cn) and on the HKEXnews portal (www.hkexnews.hk).

The brokerage and investment banking group is encouraging registered shareholders to switch to electronic communications. Investors can register an email address by scanning a personalised QR code provided on the enclosed reply form or by signing and returning the form to the company’s H share registrar, Computershare Hong Kong Investor Services Limited.

Shareholders preferring hard-copy documents may request printed versions—either English, Chinese or bilingual—by completing the reply form or sending an email to gfsec.ecom@computershare.com.hk. Each print request is valid for one year from the date of receipt, after which renewal will be required.

For any queries, shareholders can contact the H share registrar on +852 2862 8688 during business hours (09:00-18:00, Monday to Friday, excluding Hong Kong public holidays).

The company emphasises that no postage is necessary for reply forms mailed within Hong Kong and reiterates that only the most recently provided email address will be registered for future electronic dissemination of corporate communications.
