NetDragon Websoft Holdings Limited (00777) disclosed a repurchase of 100,000 ordinary shares on 20 November 2025. The repurchase took place on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange at prices ranging from HKD 11.07 to HKD 11.19, resulting in an aggregate consideration of HKD 1,113,100. The repurchased shares were designated as treasury shares.
