Stock News07-10

REPT BATTERO (HKEX: 00666) shares opened sharply higher, gaining more than 5% following the company's positive profit alert.

As of the time of writing, the stock was up 5.4% to HK$12.88, with a turnover of HK$1.3833 million.

On July 9th, the company issued an announcement regarding its expected performance for the six months ending June 30, 2026.

The group anticipates revenue to be in the range of approximately RMB 14.5 billion to RMB 15.2 billion.

This represents a significant increase of about 52.8% to 60.1% compared to the revenue of RMB 9.491 billion reported for the same period last year, which ended June 30, 2025.

Furthermore, the company expects to achieve a net profit between RMB 700 million and RMB 850 million.

This marks a substantial turnaround from the net loss of approximately RMB 63 million recorded in the corresponding period last year.

Based on currently available information, the board of directors attributes the significant improvement in the group's performance during this reporting period to two primary factors.

The increase in shipments of battery products has driven steady revenue growth.

Additionally, economies of scale and ongoing cost-reduction and efficiency-enhancement measures have contributed to an improvement in gross profit margins.
