SpaceX Reportedly Adjusts IPO Valuation Downward, Musk Denies Claims

Deep News05-30 21:41

According to sources cited in a report by Bloomberg on the 29th, SpaceX is aiming for a valuation of at least $1.8 trillion in its upcoming initial public offering. This figure is lower than the previously rumored target of over $2 trillion that circulated in the market in April. The report indicates that this adjustment was made after consultations with investment banking advisors and certain investors, and the valuation could still be revised upward during the roadshow phase based on market feedback.

However, SpaceX CEO Elon Musk refuted the report on social media platform X on the 29th, dismissing the claims as false with a brief response of "False."
