Stock Track | XUNCE Plummets 6.43% Intraday as Profit-Taking Hits After Strategic Partnership-Fueled Rally

XUNCE's stock plummeted 6.43% during intraday trading on Friday, as a sharp short-term rally triggered by a new strategic partnership gave way to intense profit-taking pressure.

The decline follows a cumulative surge of over 45% across two trading sessions after the company announced on July 19 that it had signed a strategic cooperation memorandum with Qingdao Xinchen Kechuang, the parent of Hongtai Capital. The partnership marks the first large-scale deployment of XUNCE's TokenOS platform into the private equity investment sector, covering investment research, post-investment management, and AI empowerment for portfolio companies.

Prior to the pullback, the stock had already been subject to significant market divergence, having suffered a cumulative drawdown of over 70% from its April historical high of HKD 382.8 amid ongoing debates over high valuation versus earnings delivery. The recent swift gains intensified selling pressure as investors locked in profits.
