China Taiping Insurance Holdings Company Limited (China Taiping) has released its latest circular, notice of annual general meeting (AGM) and proxy form in both English and Chinese on the company’s website (www.ctih.cntaiping.com) and the HKEXnews portal.
The 2026 AGM is scheduled for 24 June 2026 (Wednesday) at 3:00 p.m. on the 26th floor, China Taiping Finance Centre, 18 King Wah Road, North Point, Hong Kong. Registered shareholders who cannot attend may download a proxy form from the company or HKEXnews websites, complete and sign it, and lodge it with Computershare Hong Kong Investor Services Limited in accordance with the form’s instructions.
In line with amendments to Hong Kong’s Companies Ordinance and the Listing Rules, China Taiping will shift all future corporate communications to an electronic-only format. Documents—including annual and interim reports, meeting notices, circulars and proxy forms—will be posted on the company and HKEXnews websites. Printed copies will be sent free of charge only upon shareholder request.
To ensure timely receipt of information, shareholders are urged to provide a valid email address by scanning the personalised QR code on the enclosed reply form or by returning the completed form to Computershare Hong Kong Investor Services Limited (17M/F, Hopewell Centre, 183 Queen’s Road East, Wan Chai, Hong Kong). Absent a registered email address, the company will continue to dispatch all actionable corporate communications in hard copy to the shareholder’s registered postal address for up to one year, unless updated instructions are received.
