China Resources Power Holdings Company Limited (CR Power) filed its Monthly Return for Equity Issuer with Hong Kong Exchanges and Clearing Limited for the period ended 31 October 2026, confirming a stable capital structure throughout the month.

CR Power reported 5,177,057,740 issued ordinary shares—equivalent to 5.18 billion shares—unchanged from the previous month. The company held no treasury shares, and there were no share issues, cancellations, repurchases or redemptions during the period.

All equity-related instruments remained inactive: the filing shows no outstanding or newly granted share options, warrants, convertibles, or other agreements that could convert into shares.
