BEKE-W (KE Holdings) Files Next-Day Disclosure: 349,611 Shares Repurchased on NYSE, Buyback Tally Climbs to 25.28 Million

Hong Kong, 4 Aug 2026 – KE Holdings Inc. (BEKE-W) reported in its latest Next-Day Disclosure Return that the company repurchased 349,611 Class A WVR ordinary shares on 3 August 2026 via the New York Stock Exchange at prices between USD 5.67 and USD 5.75 per share, spending USD 2.00 million in aggregate. All shares bought back are designated for cancellation.

As of the same date, the issued share capital remained unchanged at 3.33 billion Class A shares, with total issued shares (including 135.95 million Class B shares) steady at 3.46 billion.

The 3 August transaction brings the cumulative number of shares repurchased since 22 May 2026 under the current mandate to 25.28 million, equivalent to 0.73% of the company’s issued share count on the 12 June 2026 authorisation date. The mandate permits the repurchase of up to 346.24 million shares, leaving a remaining capacity of approximately 320.96 million shares.

A moratorium restricts any new share issues or transfers of treasury shares until 2 September 2026, in line with Hong Kong Stock Exchange rules.

The company confirmed that all repurchases complied with both Hong Kong Main Board regulations and the applicable rules of the NYSE.
