Bulletin Express10-06

Sun Hung Kai & Co. Limited released its Monthly Return for Equity Issuer for the period ended 30 September 2026, confirming a further reduction in share capital and continued compliance with Hong Kong Stock Exchange public-float rules.

The company cancelled 3.07 million ordinary shares during the month through five on-market repurchases executed on 2, 7, 16, 23 and 30 September 2026. As a result, the total number of issued shares (excluding treasury shares) declined to 1.96 billion from 1.96 billion at the end of August, representing a 0.16% reduction.

An additional 0.32 million shares repurchased on 27 May 2026 remain pending cancellation and are therefore still included in the month-end issued share total.

At 30 September 2026, the company’s public float stood at 24.11%, equivalent to approximately HK$1.94 billion in market value, satisfying the minimum free-float requirement under the Main Board Listing Rules.

The filing reports no activity in share option schemes, warrants, convertible securities, or other equity-linked instruments during the period. Sun Hung Kai & Co. has no authorised share capital and its shares carry no par value. The return was submitted by Company Secretary Lee Sze Wai on 6 October 2026.
