Link Holdings Limited, a Cayman-incorporated company listed on Hong Kong’s GEM board, has filed its Monthly Return for the period ended 30 June 2026. The filing, submitted on 6 July 2026, shows no changes in authorised or issued share capital during the month.

• Authorised Capital: The company’s authorised share capital was unchanged at 2.00 billion ordinary shares with a par value of HKD 0.025 each, amounting to HKD 50.00 million.

• Issued Shares: Issued share capital remained steady at 201.02 million ordinary shares. The company held no treasury shares, and there were no share issuances, cancellations, or repurchases in June.

• Public Float: Link Holdings confirmed that it met the Hong Kong Stock Exchange’s minimum 25% public float requirement as at 30 June 2026.

• Share Option Scheme: Under the scheme approved on 31 May 2024, there were no outstanding options, no grants, exercises, or lapses during the month. The scheme still allows for up to 16.75 million shares to be issued in the future. No proceeds were raised from option exercises in June.

• Other Instruments: The company reported no warrants, convertible securities, or other agreements that could lead to share issuance, and no additional movements in issued or treasury shares.

The monthly return was authorised and submitted by Company Secretary Lam Hoi Ki, who confirmed compliance with all applicable listing rules and regulatory requirements.
