NCI: JPMorgan Chase & Co. Acquires Shares, Long Position Rises to 5.0%

On July 27, 2026, JPMorgan Chase & Co. bought 525,693 shares of NCI (H shares) at an average price of HKD 48.1783 per share, involving about HKD 25.33 million. Separately, the bank increased its short position in the company (H shares) to 1.87% (from 1.83%), representing a net increase to 19.40 million shares.

Prior to the acquisition, JPMorgan Chase & Co.'s long position in NCI was 51.22 million shares, representing 4.95%; following the acquisition, the holding changed to 51.75 million shares, with the long position ratio rising to 5.0%. The short position, before the transaction, stood at 18.94 million shares (1.83%); after the transaction, it increased to 19.40 million shares (1.87%).
