Continental Aerospace Technologies Holding Limited disclosed that J.P. Morgan Securities PLC, a Class (5) associate connected with the offeror in the company’s proposed delisting, executed a share disposal on 15 September 2026 under Rule 22 of the Hong Kong Code on Takeovers and Mergers.

The transaction involved the sale of 64,000 shares arising from hedging of Delta 1 products generated by wholly unsolicited, client-driven orders. Total proceeds amounted to approximately $0.03 million, with both the highest and lowest execution price at $0.475 per share, indicating a single-price trade.

J.P. Morgan Securities PLC carried out the dealing on its own account and is ultimately owned by JPMorgan Chase & Co.
