On 10 September 2026, Kerry Properties Limited (KERRY PPT) announced that the English and Chinese versions of its Interim Report 2026 are now available on both the company website (www.kerryprops.com) and Hong Kong Exchanges and Clearing’s website (www.hkexnews.hk). The notification targets non-registered shareholders whose holdings are maintained through banks, brokers, custodians, nominees or HKSCC Nominees Limited.

The company encourages stakeholders to review the electronic versions; however, those who experience difficulty accessing the online documents may request printed copies free of charge. To obtain hard copies of the current or all future corporate communications, shareholders should complete the request form provided and return it to the Hong Kong branch share registrar, Tricor Investor Services Limited, by post (17/F, Far East Finance Centre, 16 Harcourt Road, Hong Kong) using the prepaid mailing label, or by email at 683-ecom@vistra.com.
