QUANTGROUP (02685) made its market debut today. According to public data, the company priced its shares at HKD 9.8 per share, issuing a total of 13.3475 million shares with 500 shares per lot. The net proceeds raised amounted to approximately HKD 12.37 million. At the time of writing, the stock surged 165.31% to HKD 26, with a trading volume of HKD 68.6676 million.

Public information shows that QUANTGROUP is a Chinese online marketplace operator. Its consumer e-commerce platform, Yang Xiao Mie, has offered a variety of retail products since November 2020, including electronics, food and beverages, home appliances, cosmetics, jewelry, apparel, and personal care items sourced from third-party suppliers. The platform matches these products with users through online purchases.

Since April 2022, QUANTGROUP has operated an online-to-offline (O2O) automotive retail platform called "Consumption Map," primarily collaborating with car retailers to attract online traffic for offline purchases at local dealerships. Since 2024, the platform has also enabled consumers to purchase vehicles online on a smaller scale.

The company considers marketplace suppliers on Yang Xiao Mie (including product suppliers and POP store operators) and automotive retailers on Consumption Map as its business partners. In a limited capacity, QUANTGROUP also provides advertising services to these partners.
