China Merchants Bank Opens Currency Election for 2025 Final Dividend of RMB 1.003 Per Share

China Merchants Bank Co., Ltd. (CM Bank) has released the dividend currency election details for its 2025 final dividend of RMB 1.003 per share.

Registered H-shareholders will automatically receive the cash dividend in Hong Kong dollars unless they submit a currency election to receive it in Renminbi. Shareholders opting for Renminbi must complete the prescribed Dividend Currency Election Form and return it to Computershare Hong Kong Investor Services Limited, 17M Floor, Hopewell Centre, 183 Queen’s Road East, Wanchai, Hong Kong, no later than 4:30 p.m. on Wednesday, 29 July 2026.

The bank states that compliance with duly completed election forms will discharge its dividend payment obligations. Special handwritten instructions on the form will not be processed. Joint holders must have all parties sign, while corporate shareholders need signatures from two authorised signatories or a director’s signature witnessed or sealed as specified.

Shareholders who take no action will receive the dividend in Hong Kong dollars by default.
