Under Listing Rules 13.48(1) and 13.49(6), CMRU (HKEX: 01636) was required to publish its interim results for the period no later than two months after the end of the six-month period, which is August 31, 2026.

Furthermore, it was required to dispatch the interim report for the same period no later than three months after the period's end, which is September 30, 2026.

The company states it is unable to publish these interim results and dispatch the report within the stipulated timeframe set by the listing rules.

This delay is attributed to the fact that the company's annual results for the year 2025 are still pending finalization.

CMRU estimates that it will publish the 2026 interim results and dispatch the corresponding report as soon as practicable after the release of its 2025 annual results and annual report.
