Inner Mongolia Xingye Silver & Tin Mining's Subsidiary to Acquire 20% Stake in ASX-Listed TAT

Inner Mongolia Xingye Silver & Tin Mining Co., Ltd. (000426.SZ) has announced that its wholly-owned subsidiary, Xingye Gold (Hong Kong) Mining Co., Ltd., has entered into a share subscription agreement with Australian-listed Tartana Minerals Limited (ASX: TAT).

The agreement, signed on July 16, 2026, outlines that Xingye Gold (Hong Kong) intends to subscribe for new ordinary shares to be issued by TAT through a private placement on the Australian Securities Exchange.

The subscription will be executed in two tranches at a price of A$0.053 per share. The total number of shares to be acquired will represent 20% of TAT's issued share capital as of the completion date, rounded down to the nearest whole share.

The total transaction value is approximately A$5.1827 million. Upon completion of the deal, Xingye Gold (Hong Kong) is set to become the largest shareholder of TAT.

TAT is an exploration company listed on the ASX, with a strategic focus on key minerals including silver, copper, zinc, and gold. The company holds a portfolio of 8 mining leases and 22 exploration licenses, covering a total area of approximately 2,350 square kilometers.

Its mineral resources are primarily concentrated within a high-potential metallogenic belt in Queensland, Australia, with most assets located within about 100 kilometers west of Cairns.
