Kingsoft Cloud Holdings Ltd's stock soared 5.91% during intraday trading on Wednesday, following the release of its impressive fourth quarter and full-year 2025 financial results.
The company reported record quarterly revenue of RMB2.761 billion, representing a 23.7% year-over-year increase, driven primarily by explosive growth in its AI business. AI gross billing surged 95% year-over-year to RMB926 million in the fourth quarter, with public cloud revenue jumping 34.9% annually. Kingsoft Cloud's financial performance exceeded analyst expectations, with adjusted EPS of $(0.04) beating the $(0.12) estimate and revenue of $394.873 million surpassing the $378.120 million forecast.
The company also achieved positive adjusted operating profit for the second consecutive quarter and saw non-GAAP EBITDA more than double year-over-year to RMB785.2 million in Q4. Management expressed confidence in continued strong demand for intelligent computing services heading into 2026, citing the company's strategic positioning to capture opportunities in the AI era.
