3月17日讯，日内瓦药品专利池（Medicines PatentPool, MPP）组织宣布，上海迪赛诺、华海药业、普洛药业、复星医药、九洲药业这五家中国药企进入辉瑞新冠口服药Paxlovid的“特仿”名单。在新冠疫情仍被定义为突发公共卫生事件期间，它们可以免专利费生产Paxlovid的核心成分奈玛特韦（nirmatrelvir）。其中，九洲药业仅生产原料药，另外4家可同时生产原料药和制剂。
