Shanghai Chicmax Cosmetic Co., Ltd. (Chicmax) disclosed on 11 September 2026 that it bought back 227,600 H shares on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange under its existing share-repurchase mandate approved on 8 May 2026.
The repurchases were executed at prices ranging from HKD 22.12 to HKD 22.50 per share, with a volume-weighted average price of HKD 22.43. Total consideration amounted to HKD 5.10 million.
Following the transaction, the company’s outstanding share count (excluding treasury shares) fell by 0.11% to 203.31 million, while treasury shares increased to 3.21 million. Total issued shares remain unchanged at 206.52 million.
Chicmax has now repurchased 3.21 million shares under its mandate, representing 1.56% of the issued shares outstanding on the mandate’s approval date and 15.55% of the 20.64 million shares authorised for buyback.
In line with Hong Kong listing rules, the company is subject to a 30-day moratorium on issuing new shares or selling treasury shares until 11 October 2026. The board confirmed that all repurchase procedures complied with the relevant regulations and that settlement funds have been duly paid.
