Cocoon Holdings Limited (Cocoon) filed its Monthly Return for Equity Issuer to the Hong Kong Stock Exchange on 3 August 2026, covering movements for the month ended 31 July 2026. The filing shows no changes in authorised capital, issued shares, or treasury share balances during the period.

Cocoon’s authorised share capital remained at 100.00 billion ordinary shares with a par value of HKD 0.01, equivalent to HKD 1.00 billion. Issued shares (excluding treasury shares) stood unchanged at 154.26 million. The company held no treasury shares.

The board confirmed that the firm continues to meet the Main Board’s minimum public-float requirement of 25 percent for its ordinary shares.

No share options were exercised, granted, or lapsed under the share option scheme adopted on 17 June 2022. The filing also recorded no activity relating to warrants, convertible securities, other equity-linked instruments, or share repurchases.

The submission, signed by Chairman and Executive Director Chau Wai Hing, attests that all Hong Kong listing rule obligations were fulfilled and that no new funds were raised during the reporting month.
